Rolls-Royce Begins Testing Engines for US Air Force B-52s

Rolls-Royce, the UK-based manufacturer of high-performance engines, has started testing its latest version of the T56 engine for the US Air Force’s fleet of B-52 bombers. The T56 engine has been powering the B-52 for more than six decades and has undergone several upgrades to improve its performance and efficiency.
